Abstract

To introduce his forthcoming volume, Ethics of Global Development: Agency, Capability, and Deliberative Democracy, the author presents a prcis of the work, in which he discusses his involvement in the origination of the field of international development ethics, particularly his work in strengthening the normative and democratic dimensions of the capability approach to development.
