Abstract

Internet use has grown astonishingly in the past few years. With little effort one can learn what legislation is pending in Congress, the status of medical research in various universities and institutes, and the biographies of both the famous and the obscure. The good news is that everything is on the Internet. The bad news is that everything is on the Internet.
